Before I begin my journ-hole adventures with some more serious-esque discussions and/or rants which will no doubt follow in time, I'd like to impose upon the populace of AS some uh-mazing chunes. I wonder if anybody else likes the same music as me. We shall see.

The only song I really heard by Devin Townsend was Earth Day.. which was an epic focked-up anthem of mine for a little while.. Listening to this now.. yes.. He does well with the epicness

wait..theres woman voice?

yes..that was..gud.. it jumbled my fuzz-core

Yuss, he collaborated with someone who's name I forget. But if you liked that then I reccomend this

yeah.. this guy is like, golum of derelict exploration of some electric epicness.. this is the kind of rockshit i can appreciate. haha

Unrelated true story:

Once, on an mp3 CD I burnt in my early teens, where it was 1337 to misspell random unimportant words, I wrote "m00zik." Later on my father saw it and thought I was illiterate.

It was both amusing, and deeply disturbing. You reminded me of this terrible event in my childhood. Cry

Whenever I want to revel in my anthropology degree-ness and congratulate myself on my cultural awareness, one of the artists I like to listen to is Anoushka Shankar. She's developing her musicality separate from her father (as is to be expected) but two of my particular favourites of hers are:

Burn


and

Sea Dreamer


The album is super chilled, super beautiful as well. High recommended if you like the sound of this.
